WARNING:
Confirm that you are connected to the internet.
Double check the email and password to make sure both are correct. If you've never reset your password, then an initial password was provided to you by PROTECT3D.
If your credentials are correct, click "Forgot your password?" on the login page and set a new password.
Double check the connection between the sensor and the iPad to make sure that it is properly connected at each port.
If the cord is properly connected, unplug it and plug it back in.
Follow all steps provided above in Setting up your Structure Sensor. If the issue persists, contact a PROTECT3D team member or support@protect3d.io.
On the scanning screen before pressing start, pinch two fingers out to make the 3D scanning box larger. Including more material inside this 3D scanning box can improve stability.
Follow all the steps provided above in Setting up your Structure Sensor. If the issue persists, contact a PROTECT3D team member or support@protect3d.io.
Confirm that your WiFi network is functional by opening a web browser or other app that uses internet.
Try a different WiFi network if available.
Connect to a personal hotspot instead of a traditional WiFi network. Certain WiFi networks block some app processes while hotspots do not.

We use medical-grade materials that are optimized for use in high-impact athletics. They are comparable to standard thermoplastics but a bit stronger, allowing us to make each product low-profile and protective at the same time.
Each product is ready to use out of the box, and we often adhere our impact-resistant engineering foam to pair with our 3D printed material for devices such as an AC Joint Pad.
3D printing also enables us to seamlessly print with different materials based on the specific need, so certain products may use different materials, all optimized for individual performance.
After submitting a 3D scan from our app, our design engineers use our proprietary digital fabrication process to create a virtual design of the product in ~15 minutes.
After you confirm the digital design, we 3D print the physical product overnight and ship based on your preferences, with the ability to get a product back to you in as little as 48 hours.
We offer affordable ways for your team to utilize our platform and order truly custom products that won't break the bank. Please reach out to us below to see a full product portfolio and to receive more details about our pricing models.
PROTECT3D is a revolutionary 3D technology platform that allows practitioners to order custom-fitting, low-profile protective devices for a wide range of injury and athletic protection applications. Order one of our products by submitting a 3D scan of your patient through the PROTECT3D iPad App. Then, our proprietary design process automatically generates a custom fitting digital model of the protective device for your patient, and is 3D printed at our FDA certified medical device manufacturing facility.
